| 초록 | OBJECTIVE To investigate the prophylaxis and treatment effects of levofloxacin(LVX)on the infection during the perioperation of appendectomy due to acute appendicitis. METHODS Sixty cases of appendicitis were administered with LVX or ceftriaxone(CRO)intravenously in a randomized prospective study. RESULTS Two groups had no significant difference in clinical effect and clinical adverse effect rates (P〉0. 05). Thirty six pathogens were isolated and bacteriological effects had no significant difference in the two groups (P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS Levofloxacin is suited to prevent and treat the infection during the perioperation of appendectomy due to acute appendicitis. |
