| 초록 | A 57 year old male presented with a several year history of lower back pain, relieved on flexion and worsened with extension. Lateral radiograph demonstrated apposition of the dorsal spinous processes, characteristic of Baastrup's disease. MRI demonstrated bursal fluid between the L4 and L5 spinous processes, as well as a posterior epidural cyst resulting in significant canal stenosis. The patient underwent decompressive laminectomy and epidural cyst excision with improvement in symptoms. |
