In this study, tried to derive the meaning and content of the quarantineagreements about import and export marine products of China. Results of this study, China was revised in 2010, the applicable law by dividingeach of the import inspection and quarantine and the export inspection andquarantine. And the role and the institutional subject to supervision it has beenfound that they are defined by finely divided than the provisions. And the healthquarantine agreement which was entered into in China between South Korea in 2001,the main contents of the contents about the format of the health certificate andhealth inspection standards and hygiene inspection item. Result of examining comprehensively and intermediate sanitary quarantineagreements and sanitary quarantine regulations and sanitary quarantine system inChina, sanitary quarantine system in China is considered to have reached theinternational level. But distrust of seafood has increased along with the increasingdemand of the domestic high-end marine products in China, in order to export toChina of quality marine products of Korean, it is believed that must be switched theexports oriented policy of sanitary quarantine of China. |
